Amentum is seeking an experienced FEED Area Engineering Manager to support the Design Services Alliance (DSA) at Sellafield.

This role sits within the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) phase of major nuclear programmes and is responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in the development of technically robust, safe and deliverable engineering solutions from project conception through to Gate 2 / Single Preferred Solution. Working across a portfolio of projects, you will provide engineering leadership from initial opportunity identification, through requirements capture, optioneering and engineering definition, ensuring projects are sufficiently mature to transition into detailed design and delivery.

You will act as the engineering focal point for your allocated programmes, bringing together engineering disciplines, safety, operations and stakeholders to develop solutions that are technically sound, deliverable and aligned with programme objectives.

This will be a hybrid position with Sellafield site attendance as required.

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through FEED activities across multiple projects.
