CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking two Continental Shift Leaders for a high-profile FM site based in Slough or Stockley. This permanent, site-based role offers exposure to a wide range of electrical and mechanical building services within a modern, technically sophisticated facility.
You will lead a shift engineering team of 3–4, ensure on‑shift delivery of maintenance, maintain plant performance and compliance, and support the wider engineering team.
