An established engineering consultancy in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of building services engineering projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

Your daily activities will include collaborating with a team of skilled engineers, contributing to the design and development of innovative engineering solutions, and gaining exposure to real‑world projects. You will have the opportunity to attend client meetings, visit project sites, and work on a variety of tasks that will help you build a strong foundation for your engineering career.
Responsibilities- Assist in the design of heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical distribution, and lighting systems.
- Support energy modelling and utility applications.
- Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare technical reports and obtain supplier quotations.
- Attend site surveys and design team meetings with senior engineers.
- Conduct research to support project delivery.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- A degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Controls, or similar), ideally achieving a 2:1 or above.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
