Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Skills Required NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Mechanical Maintenance. Experience carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).

Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding. Good knowledge of: HVAC systems Plumbing Pumps Motors Valves Pipework Understanding of Health & Safety regulations. Experience using CAFM systems (such as Concept, Maximo, Planon, MRI, or similar). Shift pattern Monday to Friday Rotating shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be willing to join an out-of-hours on-call rota.
