My client is a design and manufacturing business, who are specialists in their respective marketplace serving medical and pharmaceutical clients. They look after product from concept to inception.
This role is one working in a specific department of the group, still full life cycle and with R&D engagement, but this role is primed for long term succession at C-Suite level and is business critical.
Job Responsibilities- Machinery design for customer orders
- R&D projects, product development and cost saving projects
- Complete ownership of your designs, development, and issuing of machines for manufacture
- Technical Documentation
- Over 10 years of Design Engineering experience
- Someone from machinery design will be ideal and thrive
- Experience of moving parts, mechanisms, pneumatics, electrical components
- Ideally with ATEX/CE directive experience or similar
- Full product life cycle & project ownership experience
- Proven leadership at principal level
- Annual Pay Review, Annual Performance Related Bonus
