Basic Salary: £26,000 per annum

• Ensure goods received are dispatched or stocked on a daily basis.
• Ensure all stock is received, checked and properly stored.
• Select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures and maintain dealership operating standards.
• Order parts and accessories under the direction of the Service Manager.
• Keep parts department records up to date.
• Maintain an effective and efficient filing system within the Parts office.
• Promote satisfactory customer relations through expeditious and courteous handling of public inquiries.

• Take pride in maximizing department success while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Be focused on achieving goals, self‑motivated, team player and target achiever.
• Be able to relate and respond to customer needs.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
