Responsibilities

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers and you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained. You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanor and will set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

Skills

& Experience
  • An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit and those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
  • A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
Working Conditions

This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Requirements
  • Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
