As a FP&A Finance Manager you will be providing analytical reviews and insights to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly. The role is responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance business, working closely alongside both finance and non‑finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of Personal Finance.

• Lead the personal finance monthly reporting for the Personal Finance Exco and the Personal Finance Board
• Ensure the production, delivery, understanding and presentation of insightful financial analysis including analysis of Personal Finance yield, NIM and cost of funds
• Proactively develop new analysis and insight to support business decisions
• Challenge current processes and embed efficiency improvements
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Group Finance teams, sharing good practices and financial analysis
• Support the forecasting and budgeting processes
• Contribute to a range of projects and initiatives as required

Essential:

• Experience working in Financial Services with FP&A experience
• Qualified or studying towards qualification of CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• Analytical and curiosity when looking at numbers
• Strong communicator and influencer
• Stakeholder Management
• Commercially focused
