Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to meet customers at their homes and help them find a way forward with their finances. You will show empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that truly make a difference.
The role involves visiting customers to resolve arrears, setting up repayments, and reconnection visits for both regulated and non-regulated clients. You will handle payments, re-engage customers with client services, and update outcomes on an Orbit-supplied iPad.
