Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Career Concept is seeking a Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations and reporting while developing a small team. This hands-on role includes direct management of two junior finance team members.
You will prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting and variance analysis, ensure FCA compliance, manage cash flow, and work with auditors and HMRC. On-site position with a collaborative finance function.
