Payroll Specialist FTC

Position: Payroll Specialist 12 Months FTC
Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Delighted to be working alongside a great business who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic chance to bring your expertise into a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll services.

Key Responsibilities End to-end payroll processing for all colleagues, including reconciliation of salaries, pensions and benefit GLs Acting as an SME for technical payroll escalations, resolving queries in line with policy and legislation Delivering accurate monthly payrolls, HMRC submissions, year-end tax activity (P60, P11D, benefit statements) and finance reporting Completing monthly tasks including FPS submissions, payslips/P45s, auto-enrolment duties and pension uploads Providing timely responses to payroll and pension queries to ensure a great colleague experience About You Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM Confidence handling complex pay, pension and HMRC queries Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify process efficiencies and implement improvements Strong organisational skills to manage varied daily tasks If you are interested in the role please apply!
