Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly specialised £50m-turnover UK group to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. This is a high-profile role with direct exposure to senior leaders within a major European parent company backed by a leading private equity firm. It combines strategic influence at international level with hands-on leadership of the UK Finance function in South Norfolk.

The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Finance Director and Board to shape the financial strategy of the UK business. The remit includes financial operations, reporting, forecasting, investment decisions and presenting financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role requires someone confident operating at European senior level, able to build strong relationships across Group Finance, Risk, Strategy and Executive teams, and comfortable travelling to Europe when required.

The group is entering a period of significant growth, including planned acquisitions. The CFO will play a central role in assessing opportunities, supporting due diligence, ensuring financial integrity throughout transactions and helping integrate acquired businesses into the wider Group.

There is also a major transformation agenda. The CFO will lead technology and systems upgrades, modernise reporting frameworks, strengthen controls and drive improvements in efficiency, automation and business insight. This includes ensuring the Finance function is scalable and ready for future expansion.

This position suits someone seeking a long-term leadership role. The business is looking for an individual who can commit to the organisation’s growth journey over the next decade and beyond, combining senior international influence with day-to-day involvement in the UK operation.

Candidates should be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience, strong multinational exposure and a track record of leading transformation and presenting at Board level. Applicants must meet regulatory requirements for senior financial roles.
