• Tactical focus:Works with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups across multiple teams (e.g., investment group, sales, etc.)to evaluate, construct, and maintain portfolio structures, index and custom benchmark maintenance, calculate and deliver portfolio and manager level investment results, and provide advanced analytics and attribution analyses.

• Designs, develops, and interprets analytical/statistical models and forecasts to support investment and sales and marketing activities

• Researches, analyzes, and resolves discrepanciesimpacting results with internal operational teams

• Performs results, statistical, and portfolio analysis

• Develops and provides analysis of portfolio results, including hypothetical/paper portfolio results

• Designs and develops forecasting tools and statistical models that directly support the investment and distribution decision-making processes

• Creates a narrative out of data, askingthe right questions to ensure understanding of underlying needs,and supporting visualization in a way that can be communicated effectively with multiple stakeholders and is actionable

• Manages complex enterprise projects and initiatives and leads in creation of new processes and practices and resolve cross-group business issues with solid understanding of how the projects impact the organization

• Builds relationships and establishes frequent correspondence with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Investment Groups, IT, Investment Operations), balancing stakeholder expectations

• Oversees relationships with outsourced providers to ensure agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements) over business-critical systems and applications are adhered to

• Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work prepared by other associates
