Planning Officer
Location:
Glebe Street, ST4 1RN
Start Date:

Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £40.00 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
Manage and deliver work within set timelines.
Travel between development sites as needed.
Handle a varied planning enforcement caseload.
Work with elected members, developers, agents, council teams, customers, and the public.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Experience in planning enforcement work.
Eligibility for chartered membership of the RTPI or a recognized qualification in planning enforcement.
Nice to Have
Experience negotiating with stakeholders.
