Location: Stoke-on-Trent
South Norfolk and Broadland District Council is seeking a Housing Standards Enforcement Officer to join the Private Sector Housing Investigations team in Norwich. You will manage a varied caseload, applying housing and environmental health law to assess conditions and take proportionate action.
You will lead enforcement cases from investigation to resolution, inspect housing using HHSRS, prepare evidence for legal proceedings, and collaborate with residents, landlords, and partner agencies.
