Pertemps TM in Launceston, North Cornwall, is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a temporary agency contract to cover a patch across North Cornwall. You will manage tenancy and neighbourhood services with a focus on high standards and resident engagement.
You will work 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri) at £20.75 per hour, with a temporary contract until October 2026, and duties include tenancy sign-ups, visits, ASB investigations and strong liaison with residents and partner agencies.
