The successful candidate will work within our Aseptic and Chemotherapy unit and will be required to set up and prepare medicines made within Pharmacy Technical Services. The post holder will be expected to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities- Set up and prepare medicines in the Aseptic and Chemotherapy unit.
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Undertake relevant training, both external and internal in aspects of Pharmacy Services and associated technical activities where required.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of quality systems ensuring compliance with the terms of the MHRA Manufacturing 'Specials' Licence regarding all compounding and manufacturing processes.
