Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager for a permanent position at a large care home in Stoke‑On‑Trent. This family‑run care provider offers nursing and residential care for the elderly, set in a facility with a beautiful garden and excellent amenities. Recently refurbished in 2024, the home requires a Clinical Nurse Qualified manager to lead the team, motivate, and empower staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the care home.
- Lead and manage staff, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to optimize resident care.
- Clinical Nurse Qualification is essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a similar role within a care setting.
