Pharmacist Manager – Community Pharmacy (Stoke on Trent) About the Role

Roshban, a growing chain of independent pharmacies across England, is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead and develop our newly acquired Bucknall Pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to shape the direction of a community pharmacy, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding patient‑centred care.

• Lead the day to day operations of the pharmacy and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Ensure a Responsible Pharmacist is present during all contracted trading hours
• Drive business growth across NHS dispensing, pharmacy services, and OTC sales
• Deliver and promote nationally and locally commissioned NHS services
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the NHS Business Services Authority
• Maintain full compliance with GPhC and NHS England regulations
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and service evaluations to improve performance
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across departments
• Build strong working relationships with local GP surgeries, LPC, and NHS stakeholders
• Identify and respond to local issues impacting pharmacy operations and performance

• MPharm degree from a GPhC-accredited university
• Current GPhC registration and fitness to practise
• Strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills
• Experience in community pharmacy management (preferred)

• Competitive salary: £55,000 per year
