Cygnet Healthcare is looking for experienced Night Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week, night shifts from 19:45pm until 08:00am, including alternative weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Morgan House.
Morgan House is a 5‑bed, independent living residential home. A support home that offers a safe and comfortable environment that helps residents to meet personal goals and to fulfil their lives.
You are
- Driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives
- Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard all patients
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
