This Pharmacy Technician Apprentice will support the safe, effective and lawful supply of medicines while working closely with pharmacists and the wider healthcare team. The role is ideal for individuals looking to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a registered Pharmacy Technician.

• Dispensing and accurately labelling prescriptions
• Assembling prescribed medicines
• Selling over‑the‑counter medicines and healthcare products
• Providing advice and information on common ailments and healthcare products
• Ordering, receiving, storing, and managing pharmaceutical stock
• Monitoring stock levels and carrying out date checks
• Supporting NHS and private pharmacy services
• Delivering excellent customer service and patient care
• Working as part of a busy, professional community pharmacy team

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4/A–C, including English, Mathematics and Science
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy customer‑facing environment
• Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
• Willingness to complete the full apprenticeship programme
• Must be based within 20 minutes of the pharmacy and able to drive

Pharmacy Technician Integrated Apprenticeship (Level
3), 24 months, full‑time paid position. Training includes one full day each week dedicated to off‑the‑job learning and study. Outcome:
Eligibility to register as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
