You’ll play a key role in helping the people we support make the most of these opportunities — whether that’s pursuing hobbies, building confidence, or simply enjoying everyday life.

Every day is different, but your role will involve:

• Supporting people to live independently and make their own choices
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, and social activities
• Building meaningful relationships and being part of daily life
• Providing practical and emotional support

No two days are the same, and every small moment you support can make a big difference.

We believe in looking after our team as well as the people we support:

• Full‑time hours (37.5 per week) with flexible shift patterns
• Day shifts with the option of sleep‑ins (07:30–21:30 / 07:30–17:00)
