North Northamptonshire Council is recruiting Reablement Care and Support Workers to assist frail adults in their own homes across North Northamptonshire. You will help discharge patients regain independence, support daily living, and maintain case records.
Shifts are 07:00–15:00, alternating weekends, totaling 22 hours weekly on a 4-week rolling rota, with contracted hours providing guaranteed pay. The role requires a driving licence, good health and excellent communication, with hybrid/flexible
