Newly Qualified Pharmacist

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is the second largest pharmacy chain in the UK with approximately 760 pharmacies and a team of around 7,000 colleagues based across community pharmacies, online pharmacy, healthcare services, community drivers, and support centres.

Relief Pharmacist – rotates across Well Pharmacy locations within approximately one hour’s drive of the base branch, providing community pharmacy services including dispensing, medication counselling and clinical support to patients.

Well Academy provides a structured clinical pathway from trainee to independent prescriber (IP). If you are not yet IP‑qualified, paid study days and Designated Supervisors are available to help you achieve qualification.

• MPharm degree or equivalent.
• GPhC registration by start date.
• Willingness to pursue Independent Prescribing if not yet qualified.

• £5,000 net bonus (subject to location).
