Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all branch processes
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
  • Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Qualifications

Must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, and a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications will be required.

Require experience in a customer‑focused environment, strong understanding of confidentiality, and ability to handle medications accurately.
