Lifeways Group in Southampton is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our mental health supported living service. The Valley provides 11 self-contained flats with 24-hour support for adults with complex mental health needs.
You will lead an on-site team, drive high standards, and develop recovery‑focused, person-centred care that helps individuals live independently and safely in their own homes.
