Support Worker, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care

Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team in Stoke on Trent. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour.

You will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability, using a person‑centred approach to empower individuals to live the lives they choose. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims and ambitions.

• Support people in their daily lives, including helping them develop new skills.

• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
