Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team in Stoke on Trent. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour.
Role OverviewYou will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability, using a person‑centred approach to empower individuals to live the lives they choose. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims and ambitions.
Responsibilities- Support people in their daily lives, including helping them develop new skills.
- Provide personal and emotional support.
- Assist with planning and managing their own home.
- Support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel.
- Provide support in their own home or out and about in the community.
- Annualised hours and guaranteed monthly salary for full and part‑time roles regardless of shift patterns, plus overtime opportunities.
