Care Team Leader (Days)
-Maple Tree Court 42 Hours per Week | 8am - 8pm Day Shifts | Every Other Weekend Off

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Care Team Leader to join our dedicated day team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting others to succeed and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Working Pattern- 42 hours per week
- Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Working on a rota to meet the needs of the home
- Every other weekend off
- Flexibility is required to support the needs of the business
As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll lead shifts, support your colleagues and ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in line with regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Completing care assessments and maintaining care records
- Allocating duties and mentoring colleagues
- Promoting person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
- Creating a positive, supportive environment for residents, families and colleagues
