Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to manage a complex caseload within a supportive multidisciplinary team at Adderley Green. You will perform detailed assessments, provide expert clinical decision support, and contribute to care planning for residents with complex communication and swallowing needs.
You will lead therapy groups, train assistants and carers, and collaborate with nursing and psychology colleagues to support capacity and goals.
