Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with PMLD and learning disabilities in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, while upholding the individual’s rights, dignity and independence.
Experience in supported living settings or with PMLD is a plus, with formal health and social care qualification preferred but not essential.
