Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our Supported Living scheme in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities, helping with daily tasks, personal care and social activities in the community.
Ideally, a health and social care qualification is held or gained experience in similar settings. Full training and ongoing development are provided to deliver person-centred, respectful support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
