Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the Step Up/Step Down Project Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
You will support individuals accessing a Temporary Night Support Service and 24-Hour Wrap Around Service to help them remain safely at home, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, and facilitate timely discharges.
