EyeC Opticians in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Patient Experience Advisor who can make every patient feel seen, heard and looked after. You’ll guide the patient journey from first contact through to aftercare, creating a warm, personalised experience.
You may not need optical experience initially; we value attitude, standards and connection with people. Full training will be provided for eyewear and optics processes, with opportunities to grow in a patient-centric environment.
