At Lifeways, we're proud to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives. We're now looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Longton
, where every day brings new experiences, meaningful connections, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Our Longton residential home has been part of the community for over 20 years. It's a spacious, wheelchair-accessible property with private bedrooms and welcoming communal areas. Most of the people we support have lived here for many years - it's truly their home.

• Full-Time (37.5 hours) with flexible shift patterns
• Day shifts with the potential for sleep-ins. Shift times are 07:30-21:30 and 07:30-17:00.
