Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Trust Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care & Support Worker to assist older and vulnerable adults in their own homes in Thornliebank. The role operates between early morning and evening shifts, with a rolling rota and guaranteed hours of 17 per week.
The successful candidate will have an SVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent, strong communication skills, and basic IT abilities, with training and development opportunities provided.
