Infection Prevention Assistant/ Mask Fit Tester (37.5 hrs per week)Infection Prevention & Sepsis Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mask Fit Tester to join a dynamic and innovative Infection Prevention team to deliver a mask fit-testing testing service across the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.
Fit testing is required to be carried out to ensure that respiratory protection/FFP3 masks fit staff effectively.
The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills as well as confidence to deliver training to individual and small groups of staff. You will be required to work as part of a friendly and supportive team of Infection Prevention staff to help deliver the organisational infection prevention strategy. You will work closely with front-line clinical colleagues in all disciplines to establish optimal working relationships.
