LV Care Group in Jersey is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to lead a varied programme of leisure and social events for residents, including those with Dementia. You will assess individual likes and needs, creating personalised social care plans and updating them regularly.
You will recruit volunteers, engage with local community groups, organise outings, and ensure activities run evenings and weekends, promoting independence, dignity and choice for residents.
