Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Working within a psychologically, adversity and trauma-informed framework, you will help people connect with their communities, build resilience and navigate available resources, while developing tailored recovery plans.
This full-time, field-based role requires a valid driving licence, access to a road‑worthy vehicle and business insurance.
