Providence Projects in Bournemouth is recruiting a Recovery Worker/Counsellor to support clients through their recovery journey within a multidisciplinary team. You will help clients understand addiction, develop coping strategies and build confidence for lasting change.
The role requires a Level 3 counselling qualification with active progression toward Level 4, and involves individual and group therapy, safeguarding, medication administration, and on‑call duties after induction.
