Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist within the SMASH Care Community. The post involves assessing and treating a caseload with complex needs and working across multiple sites, including discharge to assess beds.
You will supervise therapy assistants, junior staff and students and participate in the 7-day urgent community response rota. The role requires HCPC registration, NHS/community experience, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
