As an Axon Neuro Associate, you operate with total autonomy over your practice, including setting your own hourly rates, determine your availability, manage your calendar, and maintain full control over your caseload. You are always free to accept or decline client referrals.

Every associate receives a FREE professional profile on the Axon Neuro website. This directory profile allows self-funding clients, case managers, and family representatives to easily search, view demos, and source the right healthcare professional for their specific needs. We handle the portal infrastructure, client platform management, and referral routing so you can focus entirely on delivering meaningful, creative therapy.

We are expanding our network across England and actively seeking freelance HCPC Registered Physiotherapists, In this role, you will work directly with clients living with neurological conditions, using expressive, creative modalities to help them navigate emotional regulation, build coping strategies, process life changes, and re-engage with their local communities.

Key Responsibilities To deliver person-centred sessions in client homes or community spaces, adapting techniques to individual strengths and emotional needs. To partner with clients (and their family networks or representatives) to establish meaningful life, identity, and wellbeing goals. To complete session logs, track progress, and provide accurate, timely feedback using the secure Axon Neuro online portal. Comfortable working as part of a connected multidisciplinary when required recognising professional boundaries.

HCPC registration Registered as self-employed in the UK with your own Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service. Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community/home visits.
