Working 12-hour shifts from 10:00 to 22:00
, seven days a week, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient flow and delivering high-quality care within urgent care services.

- Register, assess, and triage patients arriving by ambulance.
- Utilise National Acuity Scoring tools to support clinical decision-making.
- Identify urgent clinical needs and prioritise patient flow accordingly.
- Direct patients to the most appropriate clinical area for assessment and treatment.
- Work closely with ambulance crews and Emergency Department teams.
- Support compliance with patient handover and sign-off processes.
- Escalate capacity and demand pressures when necessary.
- Contribute to safe and effective patient flow within urgent care services.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Assist in the delivery of a responsive and efficient emergency care service.
- HCPC Registration: Current registration as a Paramedic with the HCPC.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' frontline Paramedic experience.
- NHS Background: Previous experience working with an NHS provider.
