Location: Stoke-on-Trent

You will monitor residents' wellbeing, contribute to person-centred care planning, assist with medications, and help supervise and develop staff.
A DBS disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required; weekend and bank holiday shifts are included.
