The Role

As a Relief Chef, you will be required to:

Step into existing kitchen teams and support service as needed
Prepare and deliver food to a high standard
Follow menu specifications and site procedures
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with chefs who:

Have previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
Are adaptable, reliable, and confident working in new settings
Hold a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, or are willing to obtain one
Have the right to work in the UK
