As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our UK New Business team.

Essential Criteria :

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet research).
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Driven by results and motivated by targets or goals.
Comfortable speaking with new people (face-to-face or on the phone)

How to match the right candidate to the right role.
Interviewing and screening techniques.
How to handle objections, rejections and negotiations.
Sales and pipeline management.
Client relationship building.
