Recruitment Resourcer – Join Our Growing Team
We’re expanding and looking for a committed, tenacious, and thorough Recruitment Resourcer to help us connect brilliant candidates with roles they’ll love. If you thrive in a busy agency environment and know how to keep pipelines warm and moving, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

* Sourcing candidates across job boards, Linked In, and social channels

* Screening CVs and conducting confident, structured telephone interviews

* Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records

* Using Excel, applicant tracking systems, and candidate/client database platforms to track activity and keep data up to date

* Supporting consultants with admin, compliance, and interview coordination

* Building strong candidate relationships and representing our brand professionally
What we’re looking for

* Previous experience as a recruitment agency resourcer is essential

* Tenacious, committed, and thorough in your approach

* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people

* Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting great talent

* Comfortable using Excel, ATS platforms, and CRM/database systems

* Organised, proactive, and steady in a busy, people‑focused environment
