Talent Acquisition Manager at My Ed Space
My Ed Space is an education technology platform that connects the best teachers on the planet with the students who need them the most, wherever they are. We’re backed by $15m in Series A funding and are ready to scale. We want a leader to guide our Talent Acquisition function.
Base pay range: £45‑£60k pa + equity. Salary and equity will be based on your skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter.
What you’ll do- Define a hiring strategy and partner with leadership to set direction.
- Build processes leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation and AI to ensure we’re hiring the best talent globally.
- Lead end‑to‑end hiring efforts across Technology, Commercial and Education roles worldwide.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
- Lead sourcing and outreach for key hires.
- Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks and reference coordination.
- Provide market‑trend insights to influence people strategy.
- Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a high‑growth, global technology business (or equivalent). Preferably a track record of volume delivery across technical and commercial functions, with bonus points for education roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong tech literacy: comfort with best‑in‑class tooling, process and automation.
- Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyse hiring funnels and optimise flow.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to build relationships quickly with candidates and team members.
- Location:
Ideally onsite at our office in Chancery Lane (4 days per week) but open to remote candidates. - Reporting to:
Chief of Staff. - Salary: £45‑£60k pa + equity.
