Location: Stoke-on-Trent
GKN Aerospace in Luton is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join the HR team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. The role focuses on employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations and training support.
You will advise managers, lead formal investigations, support performance improvements, payroll coverage during absences and handle HR administration with confidentiality. Core hours are 07:30–16:30 Mon-Thu and 07:30–12:30 Fri.
