At Odin Recruitment, we’re growing and looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resource to become a key part of our team.

• Sourcing and attracting high‑quality candidates for live vacancies.
• Speaking with candidates daily by phone and building lasting relationships.
• Managing candidate availability, interviews and recruitment pipelines.
• Working closely with consultants to deliver excellent results for clients.
• Making outbound calls using your work phone, both in and out of the office.
• Keeping our recruitment systems organised and up to date.
• Taking ownership of your workload and helping solve problems as they arise.

• Works with pace and energy.
• Takes responsibility and sees tasks through to completion.
• Is naturally personable and enjoys talking to people.
• Builds trust quickly with candidates and customers alike.
• Stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions.

• £25,480 basic salary.
• Uncapped commission after successfully passing probation.
• Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am–5:00pm) – no weekends.
