Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a transformative Director of People to lead HR, payroll, wellbeing, OD, and inclusion. You will provide strategic leadership to the Executive Team and serve as the principal advisor on people matters to deliver culture, capability and performance across the service.
You will shape people strategy, champion equality and inclusion, embed lessons from reviews, and ensure the workforce has the right skills and capacity for the future.
